To create the project shown here, follow the helpful hints and the Imagine: Classical Look™ pattern as outlined in our how-to book Imagine™. For more detailed information on how to create the featured technique and project, or to purchase a copy of Imagine, contact your Close To My Heart Consultant.
- Trim papers according to cutting diagrams on page 68 of Imagine. Cut the following pieces from Crème Brulee B&T Duos® paper: 7" × 6", 1" × 12", and 2 1/2" × 5". Cut one 2 1/2" × 2 1/2" piece of Vanilla Cream cardstock, one 3" × 3" piece of Tulip cardstock, and one 5 1/4" × 7 1/4" Cocoa cardstock.
- Trace Dimensional Elements letters on 2 1/2" × 5" Crème Brulee B&T paper and large heart on 3" × 3" Tulip cardstock. Trim and then attach each cut-out image to corresponding Dimensional Element.
- Smooth edges of each covered Dimensional Element with Finishing File.
- Color edges of each Dimensional Element with Cocoa marker.
- Apply Vanilla Cream ink to surface of two small Dimensional Elements hearts by pressing front of hearts in Vanilla Cream ink pad. Set ink with craft heater.
- Stamp keyhole heart in Crème Brulee ink on Vanilla Cream heart.
- Stamp these images on 2 1/2" × 2 1/2" Vanilla Cream cardstock: key in Crème Brulee ink and heart in Tulip ink. Trim.
- Stamp sentiment in Vanilla Cream ink on large covered heart.
- Sponge edges of remaining papers and photo with Cocoa ink, excluding the base page.
- Assemble the page according to the instructions on page 69, matting the photo with 5 1/4" × 7 1/4" Cocoa cardstock.
- Attach cut-out images, photo corners, and ribbon using photo hanger and brad.
